bracketed buy order

Three orders placed at the same time to take on a long position. Investors using bracket buy order trading style do so because it's possible to predict profits and protect against losses by "bracketing" the order with two opposite orders. The buy order is bracketed by a low-side sell stop order and a high-side sell stop order.
