reconversion

Definition

The process by which a Roth IRA plan participant converts funds previously converted to a Traditional IRA back to a Roth IRA. Typically used when a tax advantage can be obtained, its use is restricted by the IRS and there are strict requirements that must be met for it to be allowed.
