Definition

A list published by the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) of market settlement system failures, or fails, that meet certain failure criteria for at least five days. The SEC makes the threshold list, also known as the "Regulation SHO Threshold Security List", publicly accessible to protect potential investors.
