1120-L Form


U.S. Life Insurance Company Tax Return. This form is used to report the income, gains, losses, deductions, and credits, as well as to figure the income tax liability of life insurance companies. Every domestic life insurance company and every foreign corporation that would qualify as a life insurance company if it were a U.S. corporation must file this form. This also includes organizations that provide commercial type life insurance.
