Definition

Addresses rights of individuals with disabilities in employment and public accommodations. Designed to eliminate discrimination against individuals with disabilities by requiring equal access to jobs, public accommodations, government services, public transportation, and telecommunications. Includes the design of buildings intended to serve the public.
