bonds enabling annual retirement savings (BEARS)
Definition
A financial contract that allows bondholders to get the full maturity value of their bonds if a call option is exercised by Calls Underwritten by Swanbrook (CUBS). If CUBS chooses to purchase the bonds before the maturity date, the bondholders get the exercise price—or the price indicated in the financial contract.
