value share

Definition

A stock that is thought to be currently underpriced. A stock may be underpriced for a variety of reasons that have little to do with its potential as an investment. For example, a stock may be in an industry that is currently out of favor, even it does not have the same problems as other companies in the industry.

We definitely priced it as a value share, and were looking to make a big play in that market sector anyway so the price seemed right.
