Canadian overnight money market rate

Definition

Accumulated by the Bank of Canada the end of each day. It is the measure of the collateralized overnight rate through surveys of main overnight market participants. The Canadian overnight money market rate makes up the weighted-average repo funding cost of key dealers and dealer trades that are conducted directly.
