cash flow to capital expenditures (CF to CAPEX)
Definition
The ratio used to determine an organization's capability to use free cash flow to obtain long-term assets. An increase CF to CAPEX is a sign of that the company is able to finance itself and will probably grow.
Cash flow to capital expenditures = Operations cash flow/Capital expenditures
