Certified Asset Protection Analyst (CAPA)
Definition
An individual who received this designation from the American Academy of Financial Management. This is awarded to professionals who possess an undergraduate degree; have five years experience; take the CAPA course; and have studied wealth management, tax treaties law and planning, offshore financial services, and advanced international tax planning. CAPA programs cover international tax, asset protection, estate planning and immigration law.
