International Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM)


A financial model that was developed by William Sharpe. It expands the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), which estimates risks and returns, on an international scale. It calculates the risks of foreign exchange in different currencies to determine the correct return for investors.
