loop order

A repeating order placed when a cyclical movement in the market is anticipated. Two matching orders are created where the first is active, and the second dormant. When the desired price level is reached, the active order is executed and the dormant order becomes active. A new dormant order is then created at the same price, completing the loop. This process is repeated until cancelled by the trader.
