Managed Funds Association (MFA)
Definition
An association founded in 1991 as the voice of the global alternative investment industry. Its members include fund managers and industry service providers, who as a whole account for a substantial part of the $1.7 trillion invested in absolute return strategies. It acts as a primary source of information for the media and for policy makers, including acting as an advocate for sound business practices and industry growth.
