A credit facility that supports Euro note financing in either short or medium term, expressed in a number of currencies usually dollars or Euro. It allows the borrower a choice of currency when drawing in successive rollover period during loan re-financing Furthermore, it allows the lender a choice of currency for which the loan is to be repaid in. Hence, it is one of the riskiest credit facilities as the borrower bears the risk involved with such transaction such as predetermined foreign-currency exchange rate.
