Definition

A trust established in 1958 for the purpose of managing the state's three permanent endowment funds: the Land Grant Permanent Fund (LGPF), the Severance Tax Permanent Fund (STPF) and the Tobacco Settlement Permanent Fund (TSPF). The objective of the trust is to generate recurring revenue for the state's operating budget while preserving the funds for the endowments current and future beneficiaries.
