multi-leg options order

Definition

An options order whereby the trader will purchase or sell a variety of different options at the same time that in other instances would have to have had separate orders placed for them. This helps the options trader in incorporating more advanced options trading strategies, as well as in only having to pay one sales commission as versus several.
