Definition
Compensation of executive and non-executive director according to policies set forth in a company's articles of association as approved by the shareholders. Remuneration may consist of a salary, fees, or use of a company's property and may or may not be tied to company profits. Shareholders reserve the right to approve or disapprove director remuneration.
