Price movement on a chart which is shaped like the letter V. Some technical analysts consider this a bullish indicator, treating it as a sign that the falling price has reversed, while other technical analysts don't consider it a bullish indicator, feeling that the price recovery would have been more sustainable if it had been more gradual.
