A candlestick chart pattern, specifically a doji pattern. The dragonfly pattern is formed when a security opens high, trades lower throughout the session, and then closes at its opening price. This pattern can be an indicator of either bullish or bearish behavior. The charted pattern looks like an uppercase ‘T'.
