Definition

FIA. Association comprised of futures commission merchants. Members can be individual brokers or companies (banks or other financial institutions) who execute futures trades. The association provides information about relevant topics to its members through a variety of publications and conferences, and lobbies for laws and regulations which will benefit its members.
