focus report
Monthly or quarterly report that is submitted to self-regulatory organizations by an NYSE member that details net capital gains positions. The report must be filed within seventeen business days of the end of each quarter and must include a facing page, balance sheets, and revenue expenses. This type of report may also be referred to as a Financial and Operational Combined Uniform Single Report.
