M-Camp

Definition

Unmanaged and tax-exempt municipal bond issues offered through Morgan Stanley. Each bond included in an M-Camp has an initial face value of $5,000 and will not exceed more than six bonds. Each bond is structured so that the coupon dates alternate and yield consecutive payments stretching out over one year. Investors do not have to sell all bonds included in an M-Camp at one time, they can be sold individually.
