Primary securities exchange for the Czech Republic, which is considered by the Securities & Exchange Commission to be a reliable offshore exchange. The exchange is composed of two separate trading systems that divide the exchange based on the type of investors. Big and medium investors make trades on the SPAD trading system and small investors perform trades through trading module auctions.
