Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX)


Definition
Securities and derivatives exchange located in Singapore. The exchange was created in 1999 after the Stock Exchange of Singapore and the Singapore International Monetary Exchange merged together to form one exchange. SGX utilizes an electronic trading system to trade a variety of different securities including, but not limited to bonds, equity options, exchange-traded funds, and debentures.
