Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE)

Definition

The sole stock exchange for Israel. The exchange trades a range of securities, currencies, and debt instruments on a daily basis utilizing an electronic trading platform. The exchange has six major indices and one major index (TA 25), which is similar to the Dow Jones Industrial Average on the New York Stock Exchange. also called the Boursa.
