Definition
Non-profit organization that processes transactions related to futures and options on various grain products. TGE paved the way for many exchanges in Japan by being one of the first exchanges to adopt an electronic trading platform. Soybeans, azuki bean, corn, coffee and raw silk are just some of the products that are exchanged.
