Federal Student Aid

Definition

Division of the United States Department of Education that provides resources to students seeking to attend college or those that are already enrolled. The organization seeks to make students and parents aware of scholarships, grants, and other forms of aid that available for them. Federal Student Aid also handles the processing of the Free Application for Federal Student aid (FAFSA) that is submitted by students seeking financial assistance from the government.
