As it is in private hand so its main motive will be profit maximization and to achieve this objective they might lower the price and higher too if the privatize business is in monopoly it would definitely charge higher price to get more profit and if there is competitor it would charge lower to attract consumer toward him. there are many advantages as well as disadvantage for privatization but the main objective is defined.
