    franchise is the retailor for the company product, who sales the company products and also dealing as a medium between company and the customer. The whole business of the franchise is deal with only one company…. that means the franchise is a medium for any company to get customer responce and deal with them.

    Franchise is a contract between 2 companies in which a well known company gives right to other company to sell product of the latter company on certain term and conditions.It helps both the parties since well known company gets closer to more customers and gets royalties and the other one gets well built business and more profit
