Why is insider trading bad?

    it gives unfair advantages to those in the business and hurts individual investors. Without limiting it, it would be impossible to invest wisely.

    Some actually argue that insider trading is a good thing as a process for aligning stock values with fundamental values. The problem is that it allows some individuals on the inside to profit at the expense of the wider investment community.

    Insider trading is bad it’s against of business ethic and some individual has the benefit and rest are not aware of that

    Sebi has been incorporated to ensure the fair trading in securities market and in insider trading officer or relative of the company earn unfair advantage on the basis of unpublished information.
