A Right Way and a Wrong Way of Using Confirmation Bias

Many people suffer from confirmation bias. That is, they seek out information that confirms their viewpoint. This is also true of most investors. Savvy investors, however, seek out opposing viewpoints and want to challenge their own opinions and beliefs to confirm that they're correct.
