Sizing Your Positions to Your Conviction Level

One thing we’ve had to get better at over the years is sizing our positions to our conviction level. That may sound obvious, but the only bad year we’ve had was in 2003, when a lot of our best-performing stocks went to historically high valuations and we made the mistake of not taking profits.
